Piercings

Do not twist or remove your piercing for at least 4-6 weeks.

Rinse with a saline solution 2x/day.

Wash your hands before touching your piercing.

Do not submerge under water during healing process.

No piercing is fully healed for at least 1 year, so keep jewelry in the piercing at all times unless you would like for it to close.

Abnormal discharge, pus, or excessive redness can be an indicator of infection. Please seek medical advice from a healthcare professional.

On average, most piercings take 4-12 weeks to heal past the initial irritation. 

Be careful not to hit, snag, or lay on your piercing to cause additional swelling during this time. 

Typically we recommend at least a full year before allowing your piercing to be left empty/ without jewelry to avoid closing.

We offer $5 jewelry changes if you would like assistance in swapping your jewelry once it is healed. (In general, if you can move it around with your finger and not cause irritation of any kind, it is deemed “healed enough” to change the jewelry.)

In the state of Georgia, it is unlawful to pierce anyone under the age of 18 without proper documentation and the presence of a parent or legal guardian. 

At this time, we only pierce minors aged 14-17, with discretion.
ALL of the following documentation is required for minors aged 14-17 to receive a piercing:

• Government issued photo ID of the Parent or legal guardian
• Birth certificate of the minor or court obtained documentation of guardianship
• Photo ID of the minor (passport, driver’s license, learner’s permit, or school ID)

There are NO exceptions.

Due to health codes, we cannot accept outside jewelry for initial piercings; however, we would be happy to special order your desired piece from one of our suppliers. Come in and see us for more information.
