Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all appointments, consultations, and services provided by the studio.

Eligibility & Identification (Georgia Compliance)

In accordance with Georgia Code § 16-5-71:

• Tattooing individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. No exceptions.
• Valid, government-issued photo identification is required for all tattoo services.

For body piercing services, in alignment with Georgia Code § 31-40-1:

• Certain piercings may be performed on minors only with the physical presence and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Both the minor and guardian must present valid identification.
• The studio reserves the right to refuse services to minors at its sole discretion.

Appointments & Retainers

All appointments require a non-refundable retainer to secure the artist’s time and preparation.

• Retainers are applied toward the final service total.
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
• Late cancellations, reschedules outside the notice window, or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the retainer.

Retainers compensate for design time, scheduling exclusivity, and lost booking opportunities.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing reflects the artist’s experience, design complexity, placement, and time required.

• Estimates provided prior to the appointment are subject to adjustment.
• Full payment is due upon completion of services.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated in advance.

Health, Safety & Client Disclosure

The studio operates in full compliance with the standards set by the Georgia Department of Public Health.
Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to the procedure.

Services may be declined or postponed if:

• Skin integrity is compromised (sunburn, irritation, injury)
• The client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Any condition presents a risk to safe application or healing

Aftercare & Responsibility

Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided following each service.
The outcome of a tattoo or piercing is significantly influenced by adherence to these guidelines.

The studio is not liable for complications arising from:

• Failure to follow aftercare instructions
• Pre-existing conditions not disclosed
• Environmental or lifestyle factors affecting healing

No Refund Policy

Due to the permanent and bespoke nature of tattooing and piercing services:

• All sales are final.
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

Touch-Ups & Service Adjustments

Three Complimentary touch-ups may be offered at the artist’s discretion.
Touch-ups do not apply to:

• Improper aftercare
• Trauma to the area
• Significant changes requested beyond the original design

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By receiving services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with tattooing and body piercing, including but not limited to infection, allergic reaction, and aesthetic variance.

You voluntarily release the artist and studio from liability except in cases of demonstrated gross negligence or failure to adhere to applicable health regulations.

Modifications to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
