Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all appointments, consultations, and services provided by the studio.
Eligibility & Identification (Georgia Compliance)

Appointments & Retainers
All appointments require a non-refundable retainer to secure the artist’s time and preparation.
Retainers compensate for design time, scheduling exclusivity, and lost booking opportunities.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing reflects the artist’s experience, design complexity, placement, and time required.
Health, Safety & Client Disclosure
The studio operates in full compliance with the standards set by the Georgia Department of Public Health.
Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to the procedure.

Aftercare & Responsibility
Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided following each service.
The outcome of a tattoo or piercing is significantly influenced by adherence to these guidelines.

No Refund Policy
Due to the permanent and bespoke nature of tattooing and piercing services:
Touch-Ups & Service Adjustments
Three Complimentary touch-ups may be offered at the artist’s discretion.
Touch-ups do not apply to:
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By receiving services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with tattooing and body piercing, including but not limited to infection, allergic reaction, and aesthetic variance.
You voluntarily release the artist and studio from liability except in cases of demonstrated gross negligence or failure to adhere to applicable health regulations.
Modifications to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
There are no refunds or jewelry returns accepted.
2 Reschedules are accepted per deposit. After which, a new deposit must be paid to reschedule your appointment.
Complete design changes made within 24 hours of your appointment, or cancellation/rescheduling without 24 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
The loss of jewelry, or closing of your piercing after leaving the studio becomes client responsibility. Our artists are not held liable for any issues you may experience after leaving; therefore the need for new jewelry, or being re-pierced falls upon the responsibility of the client. (No free re-piercings)
